These terms govern the use of mediurginternational.ro and the contracting of assisted medical transport services.

1. Who we are

Services are provided by Centrul Medical MEDIURG, Strada Independenței nr. 9, Păuleștii Noi, Prahova, Romania[TO BE COMPLETED: VAT/company ID, trade register number], trading as Mediurg International.

2. Scope of service

Privately funded assisted medical transport: ground-ambulance transfers and repatriations, commercial-flight medical escort and, where needed, coordination with partner air-ambulance operators. The transport mode is decided by the coordinating physician after assessing each case.

3. Quotes and contracting

Information on this site is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Quotes are issued after the medical assessment of the case and acceptance is confirmed in writing. Mission details (route, crew, equipment, timing) are set out in the mission documents.

4. Prices and payment

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also contact the national consumer protection authority (ANPC): anpc.ro.
